Return Policy
All return requests must comply with the Mall’s RMA guidelines.
Gardening and Outdoor Supplies
- Items not shipped but with an order already placed; or orders already en route, cannot be returned.
- Shipped Item Return Policy
In case of quality or other issues, the buyer can apply for a refund or reshipment within 7 days of receiving the goods. Reshipment costs are borne by the seller.
- If there is no quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; the product packaging must be intact before return. Additionally, a handling fee of 20% * the selling price will be charged for relisting the item.
- Warranty Policy (Appliances)
Purchased items are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. In case of manufacturing defects, the buyer can apply for a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment within the warranty period.
Customized and Original Design Printed Products
- Art print products (towels, blankets, T-shirts, bags, etc.) and customized products are non-refundable once printing begins.
- Art print products may have uneven coloring, brush marks, blurriness, and other printing defects. Purchasing this product indicates acceptance of these common printing issues.
- Generally, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than quality issues. For printing errors/damage/defects, please file a claim within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- If the package is lost in transit, please file a claim within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. The logistics company will offer compensation; if it is verified that the loss is our responsibility, we will bear the relevant costs.
