Return Policy

All return requests must comply with the Mall’s RMA guidelines.

Gardening and Outdoor Supplies

  1. Items not shipped but with an order already placed; or orders already en route, cannot be returned.
  2. Shipped Item Return Policy
    In case of quality or other issues, the buyer can apply for a refund or reshipment within 7 days of receiving the goods. Reshipment costs are borne by the seller.
  3. If there is no quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs; the product packaging must be intact before return. Additionally, a handling fee of 20% * the selling price will be charged for relisting the item.
  4. Warranty Policy (Appliances)
    Purchased items are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. In case of manufacturing defects, the buyer can apply for a refund, partial reshipment, or full reshipment within the warranty period.

Customized and Original Design Printed Products

  1. Art print products (towels, blankets, T-shirts, bags, etc.) and customized products are non-refundable once printing begins.
  2. Art print products may have uneven coloring, brush marks, blurriness, and other printing defects. Purchasing this product indicates acceptance of these common printing issues.
  3. Generally, returns and exchanges are not accepted for reasons other than quality issues. For printing errors/damage/defects, please file a claim within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  4. If the package is lost in transit, please file a claim within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. The logistics company will offer compensation; if it is verified that the loss is our responsibility, we will bear the relevant costs.
